No guys. No.

I have to say something. Beyonce's "Single Ladies (put a ring on it)" is NOT a good song. It is not catchy. It is jarring. It gives me a bit of a headache. It has somehow become this year's pop song to put on year end lists amongst the indie stuff, like "Umbrella" and "Since You Been Gone" before it. But it is just not a good song. At all. So please, list makers. Just cut the crap.

Yes, but have you seen the dancing in the video? OFF the chains choreography. I think this has a lot to do with the popularity of the song. I am staunchly averse to the message it sends but hell if I didn't spend an hour on Saturday afternoon rewinding the youtube video trying to pick up some of those moves!

Totally agree. I'm not even that into pop music, but I saw this song on SNL for the first time, and it was super catchy. I think it's a great tune. Might be kinda lame, but in a good way, and also nothing wrong with Beyonce in a black leotard.
