I've watched enough football movies and tv shows to know that this quote from Clinton Portis (who I still love, madly and deeply), means we're going to turn this team around this year:

I think we just bought in and we’re tired of losing, so it’s like, ‘Let’s do something fun.’ Instead of someone suggest let’s do this, it’s not, ‘Naw, I’m not going over there.’ Now everyone’s buying in and we’ve got that family feeling.”
